Dear I-Topian Optical Family,

We wanted to share some exciting personal news with all of you.

As many of you know, so many of our clients have been part of our lives for decades. In fact, many of you have been with us since before our daughter Kara was born and have celebrated every milestone along the way. You have watched our family grow, supported our business, and become so much more than clients—you have become part of our I-Topian Optical family.

Now we are thrilled to announce our next big milestone: the arrival of our very first grandchild! Our grandson is expected to arrive soon, and we could not be more excited.

Over the years, countless clients have shared with us that becoming a grandparent is one of life's greatest joys. We are finally about to experience that joy ourselves, and we are looking forward to every moment.

To help support Kara and her husband, Shaun, as they begin this incredible adventure of parenthood, I will be traveling back and forth between Fort Myers and Palm Beach throughout the summer. Because of this, I-Topian Optical will be operating with modified hours beginning June 25 through the summer months.

While I will be available fewer days each week, I plan to be available for longer hours when I am in town, along with an occasional Saturday to better accommodate your needs.

We strongly encourage scheduling an appointment before stopping by. If I am in the store, I will be thrilled to take care of you and bore you with how amazing my new grandson is. However, we don't want anyone making a special trip only to find that we are away helping with our newest family member.
